The "Skills Matrix" is the heart of your Career Portfolio. You will be able to enter experiences in each of the skill areas. 

Your portfolio can be as detailed as you want to make it. If you have more experience in a particular skill, you can expand that area as large as you want. Other areas may not have much at all.

Your Skills Matrix will grow as you take on new classes, jobs, and other activities. Each experience will be useful in developing skills and expanding your portfolio. 

Best of all, you will be able to see what skills you may need to develop in your future classes and activities.
