A great feature of your Career Portfolio is that you can personalize it. You decide how your portfolio is presented to employers or graduate schools.

If you want to show your leadership skills but not your communication skills, it's as easy as clicking on the appropriate boxes (circled in red). If you decide you don't want to provide an employer with your references, you can hide (or show) them with a click of your mouse.

Your portfolio can be customized depending on your needs. You may want to highlight different skills for different employers -- and that's possible!
