Champion Partners

Proactive planning is the key to building a talent pipeline to meet your organization's recruitment goals. To ensure the strength of your campus brand and the sustainability of your pipeline, Champion Partners will meet with the Program Director of Employer Relations up to three times during the academic year to develop a customized recruitment plan with innovative student engagement touchpoints.

Some Champion Partner benefits include:

  • Choose your booth location, and bypass all waitlists at Seminole Futures and the STEM Career and Internship Fairs
  • Four complimentary career fair registrations with an additional table and up to 10 representatives

Gold Partners

Gold Partners will work directly with a dedicated member of the Employer Relations team to plan tailored student engagement events such as FSU Talent Treks, Eat and Meet With a PRO!, competition-style events like Ideathons/Micro Hackathons, and hands-on activities to drive student participation. Our new proactive strategy will remove obstacles and save your team time and resources.

Some Gold Partner benefits include:

  • Premium booth location at Seminole Futures and the STEM Career and Internship Fairs
  • Three complimentary career fair registrations with an additional table and up to seven representatives

Garnet Partners

The Career Center will shine a bright light on the campus brand of Garnet Partners with digital and campus signage, spotlights in campus-wide newsletters, targeted student email campaigns, and the option to bypass one waitlist for Seminole Futures or the STEM Career and Internship Fair. 

The Career Center will select three Champion Partners (Academic year Fall 2024- Spring 2025) and 12 Gold Partners (academic year Fall 2024- Spring 2025). Garnet Partnerships are unlimited and you may join mid-year (no-prorated option available). 

To be considered for a Fall 2024 – Spring 2025 Champion or Gold Partnership, or to select a Garnet Partnership, please complete this application in accordance with these dates:

  • Gold and Garnet Partner priority access application window: February 19 to March 1, 2024
  • Open application window: March 4 to March 29, 2024
  • Selection decisions announced the week of April 15, 2024

Room Sponsors
The Career Center is located in the state-of-the-art Dunlap Student Success Center in the heart of FSU's campus. Approximately 47,000 square feet, the building provides space for classrooms, resource centers, meeting rooms, and offices.

Room sponsors benefit from the increased visibility on campus and will receive the following benefits:

  • A plaque naming their room in perpetuity. 
  • Logo placement on plasma screen televisions, on The Career Center website, and in several annual publications targeting students, faculty, and other FSU recruiters.

Rooms available for sponsorship include state-of-the-art interview rooms at $30,000, six-room interview suites at $100,000, and large, public Career Center program rooms at $100,000. For more information, contact our Employer Relations team at HireANole@fsu.edu

Employer-in-Residence Program
