Mock Interviews are conducted by trained Mock Interview Mentors (MIMs). MIMs are current FSU student leaders that have been trained on all aspects of the interview process.
MIMs must be currently enrolled junior-graduate level students. Applications are accepted during the Fall and Spring semesters and all majors are eligible to apply; however, preference may be given to applicants who have a career interest related to interviewing, such as communication, human resources or personnel work. Mentors are asked to commit to one semester of interviewing, although they are given the option to continue into following semesters if desired and performance is satisfactory.
