Canceling or Rescheduling an Interview
To cancel a mock interview, you must log into your SeminoleLink account and withdraw yourself from the schedule at least 2 days prior (including weekends) to the actual interview date. Otherwise, the absence or late cancellation will be considered a no-show. To cancel or reschedule a scheduled interview,
- Click "Interviews" on the navigation bar
- Select the "Scheduled Interviews" tab.
The "Reschedule" and "Cancel" options will be found to the right.
No Show Policy
Any student that does not show up or cancel a mock interview in advance will be blocked from participating in any on-campus recruiting activities until a letter of apology addressed to the mock interview mentor is mailed or emailed to the Assistant Director for Career Experience Opportunities. Two "no shows" or late cancellations within the same semester will result in permanent loss of ALL On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) privileges. "Documented Illness" is not considered a "no show;" however, an apology letter is still required. Business style letters of apology should be addressed as follows:
