What is SeminoleLink and who can use it?
SeminoleLink is The Career Center's on-line registration system for degree-seeking FSU students and FSU alumni who want to establish a formal relationship with The Career Center.
What is the cost?
There is no fee for registering with The Career Center.
What benefits will I receive through SeminoleLink?
By registering with The Career Center, you will receive news about upcoming career-related events and programs and new Career Center services. When you are ready to begin a job search for internships, co-ops or full-time positions, you can add the free Plus! job search services to your SeminoleLink account.
What is included in the Plus! services for job seekers?
If you are a current student or a recent graduate, adding the Plus! services gives you access to
- job listings
- on-campus recruiting
- job search agents
- the ability to have your resume referred to employers and included in FSU Resume Books
- Participate in Mock Interviews
- Mentorship database
If you graduated more than two semesters ago, Plus! services for you will include
- job listings
- job search agents
There is no fee for Plus! services. The only requirements are that you have a SeminoleLink account already established, you have at least one resume in your account, and you view an Orientation on-line which explains the Plus! services in detail.
I am ready to start my job search ASAP! How soon can I get the Plus! job search services?
You can receive the Plus! services as soon as you complete the following steps.
- log in to your SeminoleLink account using your FSUID and password
- upload at least one resume
- view the on-line orientation to Plus! services
- submit the online authorization request
- receive notification of account activation within 48 hours
How long is my registration valid?
Students and alumni may register with The Career Center at any time. Your registration is good for life. Your account may be disabled in the following situations:
- you misrepresent your status as an FSU student or alumni, or provide false information on the registration
- if you registered prior to July 14, 2004, and were charged the $20 registration fee, and the registration fee posted to your FSU account is not paid and becomes delinquent
- you miss an on-campus interview appointment/Mock Interview appointment you have scheduled through the system

Do all Career Center services require registration?
No. Many Career Center services do not require a SeminoleLink account, including:
- Career Advising
- Career Library
- Career Expositions
- Career Planning and Job Search Workshops
- FSU Career Portfolio
- Career Planning Course (SDS 3340)
